The paper presents some aspects of the value-oriented approach addressed to the formation of the legal education of maladjusted senior students. It is noted that the culture of the individual is based on the system of principles of humanity, integrity, active approach, cooperation and emotional openness. The role of formation of legal awareness in the development of emotional and sensual spheres of maladjusted pupils and behavior models has been emphasized.
