Sale of state property in the Krasnodar territory

The article describes the methods of disposal of state property. Two ways of selling property are considered: auction and direct sale. Considered and studied in more detail the method of implementation of the auction, the seller's functions. The analysis of the work of property management for the period from 2017 to 2019 was carried out. The procedure for conducting the auction is also considered. The results are summarized and the method of disposal of property - implementation, as the most effective.
