Implementation of state policy on preserving and strengthening traditional Russian spiritual and moral values in educational organizations of federal state bodies carrying out training of staff in the interests of ensuring law and order: communicative aspect

The study of the communicative aspects of the implementation of tasks to preserve and strengthen spiritual and moral values in educational organizations of federal state bodies that train personnel in the interests of law and order, allows us to view the ostensible addressing, and substitution of the analysis of actions as a true reaction to communicative acts, actions that only indicate the receipt of messages by the addressees. This is associated with shifting the burden of revealing the content of values to the addressee, while the political elite articulating politics introduces terms, presupposing an unambiguous understanding of their content.
