The article examines the problem of teaching people with disabilities in higher education institutions based on the research of the scientists at University of Seville (Spain), attended by 44 students with special disabilities. The paper presents an analysis of the existing barriers in the education of people with disabilities, and provides recommendations for optimizing the conditions for their education.
