This article discusses personnel policy, which takes place directly in the internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. In the illustrative example are the Foundation of the bodies of internal Affairs municipality Mostovskiy district (Krasnodar region), where on the basis of the structure the average number of staff and analysis the staff movement presents proposals for improving the personnel policy formation.
