Competetive approach formation in physical education in Omsk State Agrarian University

Owing to constantly changed conditions of the work and employer’s participation in educational process it is necessary to correct the technologies, methods of Bachelor’s learning for agro-industrial complex enterprises, according to the Standards of Education FSES and FSES3+. If traditional education is based on the idea of pedagogics of requirements, competent approach is based on the pedagogics of opportunities as the motivation of conformity and orientation towards perspective objectives of the student’s individual development is based on the motivation of competence.
