The implementation of the state youth policy in Russia

The article considers the main problems of development and implementation of youth policy by governmental organizations in the Russian Federation. This process is compared with the similar activities in the USSR. Special attention is paid to the issue of consistency in the implementation of the state youth policy. The author identifies the main challenges and obstacles to the youth policy implementation by the state institutions. It is proposed to focus on the resources of public institutions in the work with the youth.
