Realization of concretization function of collective bargains and agreements

The article is devoted to the one of collective agreement’s function such as law concretization in the labor sphere. Some aspects of realization of collective agreement’s function acted in different directions such as economic, social and legal are considered in the article. The most particular function of concretizational contain of collective agreements such as delegating, filling of the gap, improving regulation. An incremental disclosure common rule in the social agreements of different levels is noticed by the author. The concretization of labor law rules takes place in the system of social partnership acts on different levels and, in the same time, according to their particular function, based on principle non-regression of the situation of employees by these acts.
