Implementation of constitutional guarantees of intellectual property protection on the internet in the environment of informational society

The article is devoted to a conflict of interest, which is a "stumbling block" for regulation of social relations taking place in the Internet space. The author puts forward a thesis of the obsolescence of the copyright concept,that was defined long before the advent of electronic computing devices and the genesis of the informational society.
