Implementation of the constitutional regulations on organization-legal bases of ensuring availability of court

In article questions of realization of the principle of availability of court according to requirements of the Russian judicial reform, to the international standards and the European standards of judicial system are considered. Characteristics of a legal basis of ensuring the principle of availability of court and the related practical and theoretical problems are analysed. Shortcomings of domestic judicial system of the sphere of realization of this principle are revealed, and ways of improvement are offered.
