Implementation of state control measures for the prevention of offenses in the Russian Federation

In modern reality, children and adolescents are easily influenced by peers, multimedia or new-fangled trends, which is why they are exposed to more negative than positive influences on their life. For this reason, their leisure time is not developed, and they are not interested in education. As for leisure: either children are not interested in it and do not want to participate in any activity, or they want to, but cannot because of the reduced availability of sections and circles. All this affects the prerequisites for the commission of crimes by teenagers.
