The implementation of international legal instruments governing the legal status of ethnic groups in Kazakhstan (by the example of the Lund recommendations)

The issues of Lund Recommendations (1998) implementation in Kazakhstan are considered. The aim of Lund Recommendations is to stimulate the states in taking measures that will promote civilized interaction of ethnic diasporas with a state. The state of Lund and some other recommendations concerning protection of ethnic minorities' rights are analyzed.
