Implementation of the norms of legislation in the field of procurement in the Krasnodar territory

Within the framework of this article, the scheme of implementation of the provisions of legislation in the field of procurement in the territory of one subject - the Krasnodar Territory is investigated. The norms of law governing the rules of procurement of products both for customers of regions and municipalities, and for corporate needs, provide for the possibility of regional regulation of the procurement process, starting from the creation of authorized bodies/institutions, conducting procurement monitoring, ending with the implementation of methodological support for customers in the region. The article reflects the current management model of procurement centralization in the Krasnodar Territory, and shows the economic effect.
