Implementation of the main functions of scientific management as a means of successful preparation of the research qualification works

The author attempts to prove that one of the main reasons for the low efficiency of the post-graduate studies is the low quality of scientific supervising. It is shown that one of the most important components of scientific management techniques is the implementation of its functions. The author reveals and analyzes basic functions of scientific management and shows the location of each function in the process of scientific supervising.
