Implementation of the main provisions of pedagogical synergy at the educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

One of the areas of higher education development is implementation of pedagogical technologies enforcing synergetic approach potential. The provisions of pedagogical synergy discover new opportunities for personal self-fulfillment in education. The main categories of synergetic approach are: attractor, fractal, bifurcation point, fluctuations, non-specific resonance impact, as well as identification of mechanisms, regimes and conditions which pedagogical system should conform to for self-management of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The enforcement of synergetic approach allows using it to develop new active forms and methods of learning and education, to manage self-study and field training of future police officers. The synergetic framework complements the classical theory of management by the provision that in sophisticated systems the result of the management is not unambiguous and proportional to the efforts made. The author gives proof of the requirements to the pedagogical influence and recommendations determining the teacher's responsibility when implementing synergetic approach provisions into the learning process at the educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
