Implementation of pedagogical cooperation in the process of training of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

This article is devoted to the issues of implementation of modern technologies of pedagogical cooperation in the process of training of cadets of higher education institutions of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the problems of management of process quality of training in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the performed analysis of experience of development of technologies of pedagogical cooperation in the process of training, the systematization of researches in this area and their analysis, and also to the critical approach to the existing regulatory framework. The authors is argued that the implementation of technologies of cooperation in the process of professional training of intended employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the contemporary higher education institution is contributed to improvement of the efficiency of the process of professional development of intended military officers, formed theirs characters which are required to implement the interaction with colleagues through cooperation in independent professional activity in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
