Implementation of the policy for the creative industries development in the context of the digitalization of the economy

The article discusses the features of the formation and development of creativeindustries in the Russian Federation. The main elements of the information spaceof this sphere and the prerequisites for the creation of information systems, whichare a mechanism for ensuring the legal protection of cultural objects, are shown.The problems that hinder the development of the creative industries in Russia at thepresent stage are presented. The article considers one of the main problems of theindustry - the lack of a coordinated state policy in the field of educational initiativesand the development of creative industries in the context of the digitalization ofthe economy.
