Implementation of human rights by individual categories of persons condemned to determination of freedom

Issues that concern human rights issues with regard to convicts, as well as suspects and accused persons in custody are considered. Special attention is paid to the specifics of the legal status of certain categories of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty, namely women and minors. The conclusion is made about the need to adapt existing regulatory legal acts to changes in the field of ensuring human rights.
