Realization of the right of citizens to a favorable environment

The constitutional norm - the right to a favorable environment - is not disclosed in the sectoral legislative act (there are no criteria for the content of this right). It leads to the violation of subjective rights and obligations. Within the framework of this article, the authors note that a reliable and valid means of protecting the basic constitutional rights of citizens is the coordination of the actions of public authorities and citizens in the area of environmental protection and nature management.
