Enforcement of the right to education under the provisions of the UN convention on the rights of the child

This article reveals the issues of inclusive education in the field of international human rights law and Russian practice. The author affects the process of implementation of inclusive education, taking into account the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989).
