Implementation of the principle of publicity in relation to the register of notarial acts

The article discusses the role and importance of the principle of publicity of the pledge in civil matters, taking into account the latest changes made to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the problems associated with the implementation of the principle of publicity of the pledge arising in practical situations. It is proposed to introduce amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on notaries, as well as the development of by-laws and regulations.
