Implementation of the adversarial principle in civil proceedings

This article is devoted to the study of the practical implementation of the principle of competition in civil proceedings. The author examines the legal basis of the adversarial principle in the Constitution, international legal acts, as well as in the Civil procedural code of the Russian Federation. The article pays special attention to the elements of implementing the principle of competition in the consideration and resolution of civil cases in court.
