Implementation of the principles of individualization and differentiation of training in the modern educational paradigm

In the article some features of the practical implementation of the principles of individualization and differentiation in the organization of the learning process are considered with reference to the new paradigm of reforming and developing the education sector in our country. This circumstance predetermines the relevance of the subject matter of this article and the results of the research presented therein. The principles of individualization and differentiation of the organization of the learning process have always been among the fundamental educational principles. With the adoption of the new educational paradigm, their significance has significantly increased. The main goal of the research is to justify the practical implementation of the above principles in the organization of the learning process in relation to the new paradigm of reforming and developing the education sector. In this setting, studies have not yet been conducted, but in the course of their implementation it became clear that the introduction of innovative teaching technologies leads to the integration of learning processes and monitoring the level of knowledge of trainees, when the latter also becomes a kind of learning tool. This circumstance was taken into account in this article when describing the specifics of the implementation of the principles of individualization and differentiation of the learning process with the help of modern innovative pedagogical teaching technologies. As the main component of personal-oriented learning is the expansion of the practice of using the methodology of individual approach to learners and increasing the proportion of self-study in order to more successfully absorb their new knowledge. The article reveals the specifics of the implementation of the principles of differentiation and individualization of the learning process, as well as the organization on their basis of monitoring the level of knowledge of the trainees in the context of the organization of the learning process in relation to the new paradigm of reforming and developing the education sector.
