The article analyzes the specificities of the implementation of the speech efforts economy principles by military socio-group dialects speakers using Russian, English and Arabic languages examples. The author gives a definition of the speech economy concept, and examines the key ways of its realization in Russian, English and Arabic military dialects. The conclusion is made that the principle of linguistic economy is interpreted as one of the current subjects of research in modern linguistics and showed up in the focus of linguists’ study interests nowadays. This problem, which has been partially researched in Russian and English, unfortunately remains almost untouched in modern Arabic studies, and is not fully descripted in the Russian linguists works. Having studied the dynamic nature of the functioning and development of the military sub-language at the present stage, the author puts forward the thesis that the main processes of linguistic economy in military sub-language are abbreviations: word reductions, combined abbreviation words and phrases, acronyms, etc. Based on this analysis, the author concludes that linguistic economy includes processes that improve, facilitate the linguistic mechanism, rationalize the use of linguistic instruments and increase the information content exchange, while ensuring the compressibility of data processed.
