Implementation of PPP projects in the construction field

This article conducts a study of the theoretical foundations of the concept of public-private partnership, and also analyzes the basic principles, advantages and risks of implementing PPP projects in the construction sector. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the overwhelming number of implemented and designed PPP facilities around the world relate specifically to the construction sector. Strategically important infrastructure facilities such as railways, highways, and toll roads are built through the cooperation of the efforts of the state and private investors. The PPP mechanism is one of the most promising areas for the development of the national economy.
