Implementing programs of supporting young specialists of socio-cultural sphere in Ulan-Ude city

The necessity to develop and adopt a Federal law «On Youth Policy» was arisen by understanding that the future of the whole country nowadays depends on young professionals. The conditions for professional training, further employment and fixing young personnel at their work places are created at the level of municipal authorities within the framework of this law. For the socio-cultural sphere the personnel issue remains relevant for several reasons, one of them is rather a low level of staffing schools and cultural institutions by young specialists. The article analyzes the problem on the basis of the existing statistics and measures taken by the Committee on social and youth policy of Ulan-Ude city in working with the youth.
