Implementation of software activities to improve the personnel potential of the Alkha agricultural sector

The evaluation of the implementation of program measures to improve the staffing capacity of the agro-industrial complex of the Altai Territory was conducted. The mechanism of financing a set of measures aimed at improving the human resources of the region is shown. The state support of young specialists of the agro-industrial complex has been studied. The achieved results indicate that despite the serious state support to attract and retain specialists in the village, the personnel situation in the agricultural sector of the Altai Territory remains quite tense.
