Realization of market mechanisms in economy of Buryatiya: problems and prospects

In given article the role of public authorities and Republic Buryatiya local government, as co-ordinator and the organizer of long-term mutually advantageous relations of the popu-lation and business is analyzed. The mechanism of realisation of projects on the basis of principles municipal - private partnership is offered.
