The article is devoted to the implementation of the system-activity approach. at the level of mathematics. The article deals with the problem of theoretical knowledge that children should possess and be able to use in real life. System-activity method allows to realize the connection between theory and practice in mathematics lessons. Therefore, the system-activity approach is necessary for the implementation of mathematics lessons in the second grade.
