National policy strategy implementation in the Far Eastern federal district: problems and perspectives

The article gives a comparative analysis of normative legal documents of the Far Eastern Federal District subjects, which contain national policy implementation plans. The authors define differences and similarities between regional plans and the Plan of National Policy Strategy Implementation up to 2025. The paper reveals the successful experience of regional program development. It has not only a number of activities, but also target and financial indicators, which are used to assess the effectiveness of national policy implementation of a certain subject.
