Implementation of requirements to personnel competence in quality management system

The article considers an integral approach to competence management in the quality management system based on international standards of ISO 9000 and 10000 families. Methods of development of personnel competence in the quality management system of an organization based the model of corporate training "70:20:10" is argued, which focuses the process of personnel skills development into the applied plane as much as possible.
