This work is devoted to the study of the problems encountered in attempt to construct a theory of time machine. Confidence that the time machine can be built based on the theory of absolute space-time created by Hermann Minkowski in 1908 and supported by Einstein in 1921. Einstein said that space-time is real, and therefore, the past, future and the present are the entities that are always it there is, that is always present. Kurt Godel in 1949, based on the absolute space-time, presented the concept of building time machine, showing that it is sufficient to use closed time-like curves. Since then offered different generation of artificial mechanisms such curves in space-time, the most famous of which and at the same time It is wrong to offer Kip Thorne «dig» in space wormholes and manipulate from one of the holes. In 1994 the author suggested the use of this mechanism clotting spacetime in the resilient spring leaf in (abstract) 5-dimensional Hyperspace. For the development of this idea must use the theory of foliations, which, although not is mathematically difficult to understand, but is characterized by the fact that it was twenty years there is no progress in obtaining results required for the final construction of the theory of machines time. Hyperspace with 4-dimensional foliation having resilient leaf are «too wild» one, with the complex geometric dynamics. To create them, that is for clotting spacetime into spring can not be clearly used separately taken the physical gauge fields, because either there will be a breaking of the gauge symmetry, or the firmness of the law of conservation of gauge symmetry does not allow the space-time to curl up in the spring and thereby allow a time machine, created by withdrawing 4-dimensional wormhole, get in the flow of a 5-dimensional time, not back the passage of time, in his own past.
