The speech act of calling for the overthrow of power as an object of linguistic expert evaluation

The article focuses on the illustrations of the speech act with extremist content in Russian speech, describes the speech means of representation of the act of appeal, identifies their functional-semantic and communicative-pragmatic properties, and proposes a procedure for analyzing the extremist speech act. The materials of the article are of practical value for linguists, lawyers dealing with the issues of linguistic expert evaluation of extremist materials in the Russian speech, as well as for students and postgraduates studying the linguistics of the text, philological analysis of the text, legal linguistics, linguistic expertise.
