Repetition as the kind of plurality of crimes in the Russian criminal law

In this article, the author examines the characteristics of the types of recidivists in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, conducts a historical analysis of the system, compares and explains the editions of the relevant norms of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. On the example of the practice of applying the rule on felonies to assess the effectiveness and suitability of the existing legislative path.
