The redevelopment of the territories as a special case of development

The article is dedicated to the redevelopment of industrial areas as one of the important vectors of development of the city in order to create a favourable and comfortable living conditions for the population. This article discusses the main problems of redevelopment that arise in the implementation of projects in the city of Yekaterinburg. Also focused on the identified factors influencing decision-making in respect of development of industrial territories on various factors and reviewed the experience of foreign countries in the development of the redevelopment plan.
