This review presents a rare case of lymphocytic mediastinal lymphoma with hematogenous metastases in the mandible. During the period from August 2001 to February 2002, the patient received 6 courses of chemotherapy according to COP schedule. Mandibular metastases with bone tissue destruction were detected in February 2004. Six courses of chemotherapy according to ACOP resulted in a complete resorption of metastatic tumor.
