The authors describe clinical case of rare complication of the embolectomy while using balloon catheter - pseudoaneurysm arising from anterior tibial artery. Result of successful surgical treatment of this complication with satisfactory clinical effect is presented in the article. Technique of the operation and example of strategy in early postoperative period are described as well.
