Reductionism in the information society

Бесплатный доступ

Modern society is characterized by an engineering-mechanistic way of social organization, which suggests a reductionist nature of the idea of social development. Consistent consideration in sociology of individual components of social development has evoked criticism of reductionism as a technique for a simplified presentation of complex forms of social interactions. The humanistic direction of social development as a scientific method will make it possible to form an image of peaceful social coexistence.
