Registry errors: reasons for their appearance and ways to correct

Бесплатный доступ

A register error is an error reproduced in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, contained in a boundary plan, technical plan, map-plan of the territory or a survey report, which arose as a result of an error made by the person who performed cadastral work or complex cadastral work, or an error contained in documents sent or submitted to the body for registration of rights by other persons and (or) bodies in the order of interdepartmental information interaction. Registry errors in cadastral activities represent a significant problem that can lead to serious legal, financial and administrative consequences for both land owners and the state. Studying the causes of such errors and developing methods for correcting them are key tasks in modern cadastral practice in Russia.
