In the article, the property of reflexivity is regarded as a de-terminator of the structural organization of the inner world of man. On the basis of the structural-psychological analysis, differences in the organization of the inner world in the groups of subjects with high, low and medium levels of reflection are shown. It is established that the differences in the structure of the inner world at high, medium and low levels of reflection are qualitatively original, characterized by heterogeneity, this is evidenced by calculations of systemic divergence and convergence indices. It is shown, on the basis of the calculation of the organization's index of organization, that the structure of the inner world, with a high level of reflexivity, is more coherent and stable. It is ascertained that the capacity of the system to tolerate the state of psychological heterostasis, the emergence of its heterostasis organization, is growing in proportion to the growth of reflectivity. It is stated that, with a high level of reflection, the system of the inner world gains the ability, while preserving the general stability and stability to generate the systemic nature, and along with it, independently enrich and structure itself, and generate systemic.
