The article discusses reflexivity as a personal characteristic and an acmeological condition of human professional development. It expounds the results of the empirical study of the levels of educational institutions’ teachers’ reflexivity and presents the revealed differences of the reflexivity of teachers depending on age, gender, teaching experience and type of educational institutions.
