Reflexive abilities of young teachers: analysis of research results and development experience

The article regards the possibilities of the Center for the Support of Young Teachers, created at the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov. It is considered as a resource designed to provide comprehensive assistance and support to young teachers at the initial stage of a professional career. The article presents the analysis of the results of a study of the reflexive abilities of young teachers with working experience up to 3 years. The main result of the study was the identification of the necessary grounds for the assistance and support of young professionals. The training technique aimed at developing the reflective abilities of young teachers is described.
