Reforms of the institute of share construction in the Russian Federation: problems and ways of legislation development

The article is devoted to the analysis of the situation in the market of shared construction. As part of the study of the stated topic, a study was made of changes in the legislation regulating the institute of shared construction. The objectives of the institution and the procedure for the functioning of the "Fund for the protection of the rights of citizens participating in shared construction" were examined, the comparison was the Foundation for the Support and Protection of the Rights of Compatriots Living Abroad and the Fund for the Protection of Citizens' Rights Participating in shared construction was done. The problematic issues of the functioning of the Foundation for the protection of the rights of citizens participating in shared construction have been clarified, as well as the prospects for its future activities. Reforms of the institute of shared construction has been studied, an analysis of the ways of development of legislation on construction and the consequences of the coming into force of the proposed changes in legal acts for subjects of shared construction in a market economy.
