Reform of migration policy's institutes and technologies in the Krasnodar region (2018-2020)

The Krasnodar Territory is increasingly becoming an attractive region for migration; this process increases the relevance of the reforms of migration policy’s institutes and technologies aimed at integrating immigrants into the host community and ensuring interethnic harmony. The study is focused on determining the trends of reform of migration policy’s institutes and technologies in the Krasnodar Territory (2018-2020) in the ethnic aspect. The novelty of this article is manifested in the analysis of the first published statistical data and materials of opinion polls about youth perception of ethnic migration, in establishing the specifics of ethnic distances and in clarifying the geography of ethnic conflicts manifestations caused by migration. The main aspects of the research include the study of the influence of the changes due to the growth of migration on ethno-political process, the reform of institutions and technologies of migration policy in the Krasnodar Territory. The recommendations to the migration policy subjects in the Krasnodar Territory are given.
