Reform of capital repair of multi-apartment houses in the Russian Federation: critical analysis

The article considers the prerequisites, goals, objectives, intermediate results, as well as an analysis of the institutional aspects of the reform of the overhaul of apartment buildings in modern Russia. The influence of reforming the capital repair procedure on the current state of the housing and communal services system is revealed.
