Reform of criminal-executive system of Russia and new tasks of penitentiary psychology

On the basis of the author's concept of a subject-complicating approach to the correction of convicts, the possibility of implementing a program-oriented approach, including social influence, in working with them, as well as with persons released from prison, is shown. In addition, the guidelines for the optimization of criminal and criminal-executive legislation, as well as the introduction of participatory management in the activities of bodies and institutions that execute punishment and carry out administrative supervision, are substantiated.
