For the development of innovative activity, there is a need to research, measure the state and reform individual subprocesses of the organization's personnel management. The study showed the need to determine the functionally complete composition of the task of the subprocess of managing the movement of the organization's personnel. Technologies have been developed for solving the problems of managing this subprocess with the indication of methods of making managerial decisions to improve the personnel management process.
