Reforming the management subprocess innovative ideas of the organization

As part of the innovation management process of organizations, there are always contradictions and difficulties that can lead to pathologies and conflicts in the organization. To study and reform the subprocess of managing innovative ideas of the organization, a methodology has been developed to identify problems and develop proposals for their elimination. A set of management decision-making methods is also proposed for the implementation of proposals for solving problems for the development of the subprocess of managing innovative ideas of the organization.
