Reforming the subprocess of managing the preparation of an organization’s operational activities

The combination of management processes and their components in economic systems ensures the maintenance of operational activities to achieve goals, mission and strategy implementation. Defining the attributes of the normative and existing state of the organization's operations preparation management subprocess made it possible to investigate and identify problems within the framework of scientific research. To eliminate problems and maintain points of development of process management, innovative proposals have been developed that are aimed at improving the efficiency of the organization's activities.
