Reforming the application of management in the organization’s activities

Management is the most important methodological tool in the framework of managing the activities and behavior of personnel in economic systems of the "organization" type. The main attributes of management are power, motivation and communication, which have a direct impact on the socio-psychological climate in human collectives and their relationships in the social environment. The normative state of management is presented to study its functioning and determine the current state of its attributes in the basic organization. Proposals have been developed to improve the application of management to eliminate the identified deficiencies and improve the quality of the organization's personnel management.
